SEALSQ unveils VaultIC409 quantum-ready secure element for connected devices

SEALSQ Corp (LAES) introduced VaultIC409, a secure element built on the QS7001 platform undergoing CC EAL5+ certification. It supports post-quantum cryptography standards ML-KEM and ML-DSA, with hardware acceleration and SPI connectivity. Engineering samples planned for Q2 2027. The product targets smart energy, industrial, and IoT markets, offering a path to post-quantum security without redesigning hardware foundations.
