Truist Financial Announces Leadership Changes, Dontá Wilson to Depart

Truist Financial disclosed in an SEC filing that Dontá L. Wilson will depart as chief consumer and small business banking officer effective December 31, 2026. The company appointed D. Steve Boland as vice chair, Shimna Sameer as chief consumer banking officer, and Jeff Warner as chief small business banking officer. Jeff Dunn and Bryan Cram will serve as interim co-heads of Truist Wealth.
