Vantive signed a definitive agreement to sell the majority of its hemodialysis assets and operations to Rockwell Medical. The deal includes HD concentrates, monitors, water treatment systems, consumables and technical services. Vantive keeps its dialyzer portfolio, including Theranova. The Medolla, Italy plant transfers at closing. The deal is expected to close in mid-2027, subject to regulatory approvals. Financial terms were not disclosed.
