- Navan (NAVN) announced it has deployed NVIDIA Nemotron 3.5 Super VL in production to power several of its AI travel agents. The model was fine-tuned using NVIDIA NeMo AutoModel VLM LoRA training recipe and deployed within three weeks of receiving early access. Internal evaluation showed Nemotron 3.5 Super VL delivered the strongest overall performance, beating or tying every competing model on six of seven measures, including the lowest latency. Navan says the deployment is part of its open-model strategy, allowing self-hosting for control over performance, cost, and reliability.
