HII expands unmanned production facility by 25% to meet growing global maritime demand

HII expanded its Pocasset unmanned systems facility by 10,000 square feet, a 25% capacity increase. The expansion supports production of the Navy's Lionfish SUUV and HII's REMUS and ROMULUS platforms. HII added 50 employees in 2026, now employing about 300 at the site.
