Strategy Inc proposes daily dividend schedule for four preferred series

Strategy Inc's board approved a proposal to amend its preferred stock certificates to establish daily dividend record dates with next-business-day payment. The change does not alter total dividend amounts or rates. A special meeting is set for October 28, 2026.
