SSR Mining to acquire Roxmore Resources for C$6.75/share

SSR Mining (SSRM) has agreed to acquire Roxmore Resources (TSX:RM) for C$6.75 per share in cash, plus shares in a newly created gold exploration company. The deal adds the Converse Gold Project adjacent to SSR Mining's Marigold Complex in Nevada. Converse has the potential to add 150,000–170,000 ounces of annual gold production starting in 2033, with over $200 million in expected life-of-mine synergies. The transaction is funded from SSR Mining's balance sheet and is expected to be accretive.
