Fox Corp general counsel to change as Ciongoli steps down, Trutanich promoted

Adam Ciongoli will not renew his contract as chief legal and policy officer, effective Dec 1. Nicholas Trutanich, currently EVP and principal deputy GC, will become general counsel. Ciongoli will stay as special advisor through June 2028. Kristopher Jones, head of government relations, will report to COO John Nallen.
