3M reported Q3 EPS of $2.50, above the $2.38 consensus, on sales of $6.6 billion. Full-year EPS guidance raised to $9.10-$9.15. Shares rose 3.6% in premarket trading. The company also announced an expanded strategic relationship with Amazon, granting Amazon warrants to purchase 3.2 million shares after spending $6 billion on optical connectivity and data center products. 3M is collaborating with Genius Electronic Optical on fiber optic technology for AI data centers.
