Clearfield President and CEO Cheri Beranek to Retire in March 2027

Clearfield said founding CEO Cheri Beranek will retire effective March 31, 2027. She will remain in her role until a successor is appointed, then continue as president and CEO emeritus. The company also said fiscal 2026 Q4 and full-year results are expected in line with prior guidance.
