Expedia Group launches Autonomous Onboarding for faster property onboarding

Expedia Group announced Autonomous Onboarding, a feature that lets properties join its marketplace through existing connectivity software and go live in under 24 hours. The launch eliminates separate onboarding workflows and duplicate data entry. Five pilot partners—HotelRunner, Yanolja Cloud Solutions, RoomCloud, RateGain, and Eviivo—shaped the experience. Once live, properties access Expedia's consumer brands, B2B network of 75,000+ partners and 200,000 travel advisors, and AI-powered travel partnerships. Expedia reported over 1 billion monthly searches and 415 million booked room nights in 2025. This is the first phase of a broader Autonomous Distribution vision.
