US dollar-denominated AI-related corporate bond issuance reached $419 billion year-to-date in 2026, the highest annual figure on record. That is up 90% from full-year 2025 and 437% from 2024. Alphabet, Amazon, Meta, Microsoft, and Oracle alone issued $157 billion, or 37% of the total. Investment-grade data center companies raised $66 billion, high-yield data center companies $37 billion, and other AI-linked bonds $159 billion.
