Roivant: 42% of eyes on brepocitinib resolved macular edema at week 48 vs 4.8% placebo in CLARITY studies

Roivant Sciences reported that in pooled CLARITY-1 and CLARITY-2 data, 42% of eyes on brepocitinib achieved resolution of macular edema at week 48, compared with 4.8% on placebo (p<0.0001). Results were similar in each study.
