ServiceNow and OpenAI announced an expanded partnership. A new plugin brings ServiceNow workflows into ChatGPT, allowing governed actions without leaving the chat. OpenAI will use ServiceNow across its operations; ServiceNow will deploy ChatGPT Work and Codex internally. The companies are collaborating on security solutions, a Codex integration in AI Workflow Factory, and voice-driven risk assessments. OpenAI joins ServiceNow's Control Tower Alliance as a founding member. The plugin is available today; enhanced capabilities roll out through 2027.
