TotalEnergies signed a Heads of Agreement with Jiangsu Guoxin Group for delivery of 900,000 tons of LNG per year for 15 years, starting 2028, subject to final SPA. Volumes will go to Jiangsu Guoxin's new LNG terminal in Rudong for city gas and power generation.
