Tim Cox becomes Bank of Montreal's U.S. country head; Darrel Hackett named executive vice chair

Bank of Montreal appointed Tim Cox as its U.S. country head and Darrel Hackett as executive vice chair and senior adviser. Cox will oversee BMO's U.S. banking operations. Hackett moves to a senior advisory role.
