CBRE Group (NYSE: CBRE) has agreed to acquire Onnec Group Limited, a data center infrastructure services provider, for an initial cash purchase price of £460 million ($610 million). A multi-year earnout of up to £300 million ($400 million) is contingent on Onnec meeting growth thresholds. Onnec is expected to generate approximately £370 million ($498 million) in revenue and over £50 million ($67 million) in core EBITDA in 2027 and be immediately accretive to CBRE's core EPS.
