Ferrovial's Top End Mobility Group was selected by GDOT to deliver the I-285 East Express Lanes project near Atlanta. The project has an expected construction value of $8.9 billion. Phase 1 covers 21 miles of new express lanes, with later phases adding up to 37.5 miles in each direction.
