Teledyne (TDY) said Vice Chairman Jason VanWees will retire February 1, 2027. Mary Grace DeForest, currently SVP and GM of Teledyne Microwave, will take over as Corporate VP of IR and M&A on November 1, 2026. VanWees oversaw 75 acquisitions totaling $12.8 billion. The overlap period aims to ensure continuity.
