CBRE to acquire Onnec Group for initial $610 million

CBRE Group (NYSE: CBRE) announced a definitive agreement to acquire Onnec Group Limited, a provider of data center infrastructure services to large technology companies in Europe and Asia Pacific. The initial purchase price is £460 million (~$610 million) in cash, with a multi-year earnout of up to approximately $400 million.
