Keysight's board appointed Jason Kary, currently head of the Electronic Industrial Solutions Group, as chief financial officer effective December 18, 2026. He replaces Neil Dougherty, a 13-year CFO and 30-year company veteran who steps down for personal reasons and stays on in an advisory capacity through fiscal 2027. Keysight left its fourth-quarter fiscal 2026 outlook unchanged and confirmed results for the quarter ended October 31 will be reported November 19.
