Lennox Building Climate Solutions chief Joe Nassab to retire; Geoff Dethlefsen named successor

Lennox said Joe Nassab, executive vice president and president of Building Climate Solutions, will step down from the role on December 31, 2026 and move into a Strategic Advisor position. Geoff Dethlefsen, currently vice president and general manager of Lennox Commercial HVAC, becomes executive vice president and president of Building Climate Solutions effective January 1, 2027. Nassab's transition agreement runs from January 1, 2027 through February 28, 2028 at an annual salary of $180,000, with continued benefit participation, continued vesting of outstanding equity awards, and 24-month confidentiality, non-competition and non-solicitation covenants after the advisory period ends.
